So I talked with an old friend of mine today. Brandon, from Restraining Hollywood Independent Film label. I really like he and his company’s style. He’s done like 5 films and the ones I’ve seen I really like. It reminds me of a young Terantino or Coen Brother. He’s still just getting started but the potential there is huge. Restraining Hollywood makes movies like you’ve never seen before. They have their own style. Recently, after seeing Trust Me I realized their potential, there were some parts in that movie that really stood out as great production work – you really can see the effort that was put in. Granted, some of the acting wasn’t best, but it’s well worth the watch. I remember the day my sister asked me if I remembered Brandon from high school and I was like, “well, kind of…” She gave me his movie, People Talk, and I watched it and thought, now there is somebody who definitely has the potential to not restrain hollywood, keep an eye out for this label in the future.
