I wrote this letter to the Duluth Reader Weekly when I used to live up there. I’m not sure if Paul Ryan even writes for them anymore but this was my letter/review:

“Paul Ryan is a really good writer. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know if I would even pick up a free copy of your reader. Maybe the only reason would be to get let down by the horrible duluth nightlife section which is about to get worse now due to the smoking ban (poor bar owners). Anyway, thanks for having an interesting, young writer in your paper, don’t lose him because as we all know by the Duluth News tribune, we lack interesting writers up here.”
